Randy Ryals and his band - (Slickwood ) is a central Florida based jamgrass, folk / rock, roots music band comprised of true spirited, high energy songs and players. The vocal and instrumental abilities are influenced by a wide range of styles and genres melded together to create a truly unique sound. Slickwood has embarked upon a journey through music which has brought much growth and change along the way. Slickwood was founded in early 2012 by frontman Randy Ryals and has since transformed into a 6 piece dynamic group of talented musicians. Jamgrass Roots has become a popular phrase used by Slickwood fans to refer to the band's genre.
